'boot camp with eric' was a little intense. i kept being struck with the feeling that nomi and i were back in middle school gym class and that any minute now i was going to get yelled at for goofing off. very stiff right now, still cannot walk normally, and i hear it just gets worse.

putting my housewifery skills to the ultimate test tonight. after picking up the kids from school, will attempt to cook and host shabbat dinner for 10 or so friends. should be interesting.
